Swiss National Strategy on Open Access

The Swiss National OA strategy was formulated by a representative working group led by swissuniversities and was adopted by the plenary assembly of swissuniversities on 31 January 2017.

Romania National Action Plan on Open Science

On the 15th of November 2018, the Romanian Government approved the 2018-2020 National Action Plan as part of the Open Government Partnership. Compared to its previous versions, the new Plan includes a section dedicated to Open access to research results. As stated in the document, the Romanian Government commits to adopt a national Open Access strategy for research results, by implementing pilot programs and substantiating research and public consultation.

Serbia Open Science Platform

Serbia has adopted a national Open Science (OS) policy on July 14, 2018. The document is entitled ‘Open Science Platform’.

France National Open Science Plan

In 2018 France released its Open Science Plan, committing to Open Access to publications (articles and books) resulting from publicly-funded calls for projects, make research data available to all as Open Data, place France in a sustainable European and international open science dynamic.
